• Perform comprehensive evaluations of clinical cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board Certified in Pain Medicine.

• Possess a current, unrestricted Indiana Medical License.

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience.

• Attend all mandatory orientation and training sessions.

• Maintain appropriate credentialing, state licenses, and any necessary certifications or requirements to fulfill job responsibilities.
