This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans.
β’ Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians responsible for implementing programs.
β’ Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
β’ Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
β’ Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services are delivered in accordance with ethical and clinical standards.
β’ Active BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
β’ Experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
β’ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
β’ Fully remote position with flexible scheduling.
β’ No minimum or maximum case load requirements.
