This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Conduct behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
β’ Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.
β’ Track client advancement and modify treatment plans as required.
β’ Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to promote treatment objectives.
β’ Keep precise records and confirm that services adhere to ethical and clinical standards.
β’ Current BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
β’ Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
β’ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
β’ Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
β’ Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options.
β’ No minimum or maximum caseload limitations.
β’ Absence of non-compete agreements.
