This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).
• Create tailored behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a consistent and dependable schedule with clients.
• Deliver direct services to clients as required.
• Offer ongoing support to families and clinical team members.
• Ensure that programs are executed in accordance with the company's standards of excellence.
• Collaborate effectively with BCBA colleagues.
• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, sociology, or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Licensed behavior analyst in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in providing ABA services.
• Proven experience and skills in leading a team.
• Capability to independently lift, move, and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to engage with clients, which includes bending, twisting, and moving swiftly.
• Clear tuberculosis (TB) screening and passing background check.
• Proficient in navigating technology as a remote employee.
• Willingness to travel to the clinic once per quarter for in-person supervision.
