Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).

• Create individualized, evidence-based behavior intervention plans.

• Maintain a dependable and regular schedule with assigned clients.

• Provide direct clinical services as required.

• Offer continuous training, coaching, and support to families and members of the clinical team.

• Monitor treatment fidelity and ensure that programs are executed in line with ABA Pathways' standards of clinical excellence.

• Work collaboratively with fellow BCBAs and interdisciplinary professionals to enhance positive client outcomes.

• Contribute to program development and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

• Build positive relationships with families, community partners, and referral sources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Sociology, Education, or a related discipline.

• Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

• Must reside in and hold a license to practice within the State of Michigan.

• At least two (2) years of experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

• Proven leadership experience with the capability to mentor and support clinical team members.

• Strong skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and organization.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work autonomously while upholding high standards of clinical excellence.

• Competence with technology and the capacity to effectively operate in a remote setting.

• Current TB clearance and the ability to pass necessary background checks.
