Billing Representative I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage billing-related inquiries (analysis, collections, adjustments, modifications, and corrections) to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Promote Vivo products and services during each customer interaction to expand our customer base by acquiring new clients or introducing additional services and products.

• Illustrate to customers the benefits of consolidating all telecom and digital services on a single Vivo bill.

• Assess customers' needs and recommend products and services tailored to individual profiles.

• Encourage customer interest in subscribing to our products and services.

• Enhance customers' connectivity options by selling digital services.

• Ensure an exceptional customer experience at every interaction by troubleshooting issues, investigating cases, and delivering high-quality service.

• Propose improvements to service procedures and processes to better cater to customer needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service is required.

• Strong creative thinking skills and the ability to transform problem-resolution interactions into sales opportunities.

• Capable of communicating in a natural and informal style while providing exceptional service.

• Must be resilient, organized, and able to meet and exceed targets.

• Excellent listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers to understand their needs.

• Interest in technology and a willingness to learn about Vivo's products and partner offerings.

• Embrace changes as opportunities and view mistakes as chances for learning.

• Cultivate a positive work environment by fostering relationships built on transparency and trust with colleagues and leadership.

• Essential proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office.

• A high school diploma (secondary education completed) is required.

• Must have a home office setup with internet (minimum 300 Mbps), a desk and chair, and sufficient lighting and ventilation.

• Full availability to work a 6h20 shift pattern (Monday to Saturday or Sunday to Monday), within the hours of 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
