
Bilingual Travel Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Provide polished, professional service through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Assist customers with travel-related queries and lifestyle loyalty program needs, including advising on maximizing travel benefits.
• Book and manage tailored travel arrangements for flights, hotels, and car rentals utilizing GDS systems.
• Support members with cancellations, re-bookings, unexpected travel disruptions, and the planning of intricate travel itineraries.
• The objective of this role is to ensure a professional and seamless customer experience with every interaction.
• Strong geographical knowledge coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for travel.
• A commitment to assisting customers and resolving issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to multitask across various systems and requests.
• Detail-oriented with robust time management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
• Valid TICO certificate (mandatory).
• Experience with GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) is highly regarded.
• Background in hospitality, travel, or loyalty programs is greatly valued.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel, airline, or hospitality sectors.
• At least 2 years of experience in interactive customer service.
• Preferred experience in a call center (1+ year) or high-volume service environment.
• Personal global travel experience is an asset.
