Bilingual Spanish Inbound Customer Service Agent – Consumer Relations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Address escalated customer service challenges in both English and Spanish.

• Deliver an exceptional service experience for GE Appliance consumers.

• Follow up with customers through phone, email, or text to address appliance-related issues.

• Develop innovative solutions that prioritize the needs of customers and GE Appliances.

• Collaborate and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to effectively resolve consumer issues.

• Collect information from various sources and present concerns along with proposed solutions to the Team Leader or Team Manager.

• Conduct consumer satisfaction reviews prior to case closure.

• Adhere to work schedule expectations and responsibilities with compliance, integrity, and in alignment with values, processes, and policies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient communication skills in both English and Spanish, in written and verbal formats.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• At least 1 year of experience in a Call Center environment.

• Minimum of 2 years in Escalated Customer Service roles.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Moderate to advanced computer proficiency, with the ability to navigate multiple online applications.

• Outstanding organizational capabilities; adept at multi-tasking effectively.

• Capacity to manage high call volumes while simultaneously utilizing multiple online applications.

• Previous experience working remotely is preferred.
