This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Delivers patient care using evidence-based practices to effectively address the clinical needs of patients.
• Reviews and signs off on patient clinical psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and necessary consents in a timely fashion.
• Accurately documents all services provided and patient activities.
• Facilitates crisis intervention for individuals and families based on the individual's safety plan.
• Engages in regular case planning with the involved Multidisciplinary Team as new information becomes available.
• Participates in individual and group supervision as required.
• Offers case management services to support recovery and community reintegration as necessary.
• Possession of an active, unrestricted mental health license in both the state of primary residence and the state where medical services are provided (Arizona).
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
