Bilingual Insurance Sales Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Quote and sell auto, home, and commercial insurance products to prospective clients.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Assess clients' insurance needs and offer suitable recommendations.

• Clarify policy details, coverage limits, and exclusions to clients.

• Support clients in completing insurance applications and required paperwork.

• Accurately and efficiently process policy changes, endorsements, and claims.

• Keep informed about industry trends, regulations, and modifications in insurance policies.

• Work together with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be bilingual, with Spanish as the native or first language.

• Must currently reside in or near Tamarac, Florida.

• A valid 2-20 or 20-44 Florida insurance license is mandatory at the time of application.

• 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret data and make informed decisions.
