Bilingual Inside Sales Representative, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Target potential customers through cold outreach and lead generation efforts via phone calls and emails.

• Oversee the entire sales process.

• Interact with customers who speak German and English, both verbally and in writing.

• Balance the scheduling of sales meetings with new clients on a weekly basis.

• Ensure that all customers maintain an active Keeper contract.

• Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective customers to evaluate.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on all Keeper products, remaining knowledgeable and current on any changes, updates, and new offerings.

• Engage in cold call/role play exercises and shadow cold calls alongside team members.

• Foster relationships with contacts at prospective customers.

• Utilize additional sales resources to pinpoint and identify new business opportunities.

• Utilize the Salesforce.com database to accurately represent pipeline and account activity.

• Facilitate the proposal review process for new business ventures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in software sales.

• Bilingual proficiency is required, with native German and fluency in English (both spoken and written).

• A proven history of successfully selling software to IT organizations.

• Experience with Salesforce is essential.

• Familiarity with web-conference demonstrations.

• A record of consistently exceeding sales targets.

• A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, results-driven approach, and strong organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines.

• Experience in managing the full sales cycle.
