This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Responds to telephone inquiries and addresses basic customer questions, or directs them to the appropriate personnel.
• Offers consultancy services by leveraging knowledge and expertise in insurance and healthcare.
• Develops and enforces general insurance and healthcare policies in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Handles calls in a manner that ensures service level agreements (SLAs) are met or surpassed.
• Records calls, processes requests, and updates account histories.
• Collaborates with team members, management, and customers regarding customer service concerns.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience across any industry.
• Familiarity with basic help desk software, computer applications, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively address inquiries.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on both written and verbal communication to respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Capability to understand your role within a team and identify the appropriate stakeholders to consult for resolving client inquiries.
