Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Responsible for handling incoming phone inquiries concerning retirement plans from participants, employers, and third-party plan experts.

• Collaborate with a team of associates and kickstart your financial services career in our call center!

• Deliver exceptional service within our call center for customers' retirement savings accounts.

• Educate and empower our customers without the need for cold calling or sales.

• Communicate important updates and changes to the plans.

• Process contribution modifications, loans, and withdrawals.

• Execute general account modifications as directed by the customer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability to work a 40-hour week, outside of standard business hours, from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.

• An associate's degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience (including but not limited to food service, retail, hospitality, teaching, military, or banking) OR two or more years of customer service experience.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.

• Ability to work overtime as needed based on business demands.
