This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Utilize exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills to address incoming calls, texts, and emails.
β’ Provide answers to inquiries, foster relationships, and resolve issues promptly for a streaming account.
β’ Proficiency in both Hebrew and English.
β’ Minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
β’ Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Capability to learn quickly and perform well under pressure.
β’ Self-driven, responsible, and focused on achieving goals.
β’ Basic keyboarding skills on PCs; experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
β’ Strong skills in problem diagnosis and resolution.
β’ Experience in technical support and familiarity with CRM applications is advantageous.
β’ Competitive hourly rate of $25/hr.
