Bilingual Customer Success Manager – FR, ENG

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Management of a portfolio consisting of 60 French SaaS accounts

• Facilitation of SaaS product adoption and oversight of customer lifecycle

• Development and optimization of WhatsApp campaign strategies

• Conducting onboarding sessions and training

• Monitoring performance and generating reports

• Providing customer support and resolving issues

• Optimization of AI and content

• Maintaining process documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the SaaS industry

• Strong communication skills in both French and English

• Knowledge of marketing concepts (considered a strong advantage)

• Expertise in WhatsApp campaigns

• Familiarity with AI technologies (considered a bonus)
