This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Bilingual in French and English.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, luxury retail, sales, or personalized client support.
• Strong proficiency in CRM platforms and digital customer service tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable assisting customers and addressing requests over the phone.
• Proficient in computer operations.
