This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Provide exceptional customer support across various channels.
β’ Offer expert recommendations for products and fragrances tailored to mood, personality, and events.
β’ Anticipate customer needs and proactively suggest thoughtful solutions throughout their experience.
β’ Maintain precise and comprehensive records of customer interactions utilizing CRM and service tools.
β’ Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey and communicate insights to leadership.
β’ Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team environment while also being able to work independently as required.
β’ Bilingual in French and English.
β’ Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, luxury retail, sales, or personalized client support.
β’ Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and digital customer service tools.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent.
β’ Comfortable assisting customers and addressing their requests over the phone.
β’ Proficient with computer operations.
