This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.
• Support individuals in comprehending their coverage options and choosing the most suitable products, services, and solutions to fulfill their personal requirements.
• Deliver comprehensive customer service and sales throughout the entire lifecycle, which may involve accepting inbound calls or reaching out for follow-ups.
• Address customer inquiries with empathy and active listening, efficiently determining the best solutions.
• Recognize additional needs that customers may have and assist them in upgrading their products or services.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish.
• Possess the drive, self-discipline, and determination to understand the requirements for becoming a licensed insurance associate, including passing the state licensing examination.
• Access to high-speed internet (more than 25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload).
• At least six (6) months of sales experience with excellent customer service skills (empathy, compassion, listening).
• Commitment to uphold HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy, treating it with the same respect as your own private information.
• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Proficient computer navigation skills and experience, as this position is entirely remote.
• Complimentary licensing course (and you will be compensated for your time as well).
• All state licensing examination fees are covered by the company, along with annual license renewal provided by TTEC as your employer.
