Bilingual Content Moderation, Farsi/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assess user-generated content, which includes text, images, and videos.

• Oversee and eliminate content that breaches platform policies.

• Review user reports and escalations concerning inappropriate materials.

• Track and address user questions, feedback, and issues.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as Customer Support and Engineering.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging risks.

• Record and maintain precise documentation of moderation activities and decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient communication skills in both English and Farsi.

• Prior experience in content moderation, community management, or a similar position is advantageous.

• Strong comprehension of online safety, privacy, and legal matters related to content moderation.

• Excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and capable of working efficiently in a high-paced environment.

• Familiarity with content moderation tools and platforms is a plus.
