Bilingual Claims Quality Assurance Analyst, French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Evaluate medical records, claim forms, invoices, and relevant documentation to determine claim outcomes in accordance with Trupanion policies, including intricate claim scenarios.

• Collaborate closely with members of the Claims team and management to ensure precision and uniformity in claims processing while enhancing the overall experience for customers and veterinary clinics.

• Assist in the design, preparation, review, and monitoring of audits related to claim payment verification.

• Support both internal and external audits for Trupanion products.

• Identify trends and opportunities for enhancing processes within Claims operations.

• Translate and transcribe medical records as well as client or third-party communications between French and English.

• Maintain a high standard of accuracy, productivity, adaptability, and teamwork in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.

• Possession of a Damage Insurance Claims Adjuster License (Personal Lines) in Québec.

• At least two years of experience in adjudicating damage insurance claims.

• A minimum of one year of experience in providing customer service via phone.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in adjudicating pet medical insurance claims or working within a veterinary clinic.
