This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Assist our sales team in acquiring and following up on leads.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by answering inquiries and providing accurate information.
• Cultivate enduring relationships with both potential and existing customers.
• Gain knowledge about the immigration process and the services we proudly provide.
• Bilingual (English – Spanish).
• A minimum of 6 months of demonstrated experience in selling products or services. Experience with intangible offerings — such as consulting, insurance, or telecommunications — is a significant advantage!
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities, emphasizing the development of trust and long-term client relationships through customized solutions.
• Results-oriented with a strong emphasis on achieving and surpassing monthly performance targets, consistently aligning daily actions with strategic objectives and measurable results.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills — you excel at forming genuine connections and delivering clear, convincing messages in both written and verbal forms, tailored to various audiences.
• Availability: Flexible schedule — you are open to working different shifts as necessary.
• Competitive pay: Base hourly wage ranging from $5–$7 USD/hour, plus commissions (based on experience). Your hourly rate may increase after six months!
