This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• - **Assist** our sales team in capturing and pursuing leads.

• - **Bilingual (English – Spanish)**
• - Minimum of 6** months of verified experience** in selling products or services. Experience with intangible products — such as consulting, insurance, or telecommunications — is highly advantageous!
• - **Robust negotiation and closing abilities**, with an emphasis on cultivating trust and long-term client relationships through tailored solutions.
• - Results-oriented with a strong emphasis on **meeting and surpassing monthly performance targets,** consistently aligning daily actions with strategic objectives and measurable results.
• - **Outstanding communication and customer service skills** — you excel at forging genuine connections and articulating clear, persuasive messages in both written and verbal forms, tailored to diverse audiences.
• - **Availability:** Flexible schedule — you are open to working various shifts when needed.
