This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Deliver informed responses to fundamental client inquiries; escalate more intricate cases to the appropriate personnel as required.
• Utilize your expertise to address client challenges, maintain account records, and follow up with clients.
• Comply with client SLAs while consistently achieving production goals.
• Work collaboratively with team members, management, and clients to address client concerns; provide cross-training for new resources in customer service protocols.
• Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of client inquiries by assessing and suggesting modifications to procedures and workflows.
• A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience across any sector.
• Familiarity with basic help desk software, computer applications, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to effectively resolve inquiries.
• Strong customer service aptitude, with a focus on both written and verbal communication.
• Capability to recognize your role within a team and identify the appropriate stakeholders to consult for resolving client inquiries.
