This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
β’ Provide guidance and solutions regarding inquiries, issues, or complaints from current or potential users of Entel (both Pre and Post-pay).
β’ At the conclusion of the service interaction, it is necessary to address and finalize the suggested sale.
β’ Completed secondary education.
β’ Availability to work 100% remotely.
β’ Possess tools for remote management: Intel Core i3 processor or higher (from the 6th generation), Ryzen 3 or higher, or AMD 8 and above, wired internet of 50 mbps, 8 GB RAM, solid-state drive (SSD). Headsets and webcam required.
β’ Experience in CALL CENTER or FACE-TO-FACE sales.
β’ Immediate entry to full payroll FROM THE FIRST DAY (including CTS, GRATIFICATION, FAMILY ALLOWANCE, ETC).
β’ Basic salary + Variable + Sales commissions.
