This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +13 more states.
• Act as the main contact for customers through telephone communication.
• Manage all types of calls and effectively promote relevant services to customers.
• Meet daily, weekly, and/or monthly sales and retention objectives.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of Vyve products and their benefits to customers.
• Handle inbound calls while multitasking with computer software applications for 8 to 10 hours daily.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or a customer-facing role, whether in-person or in a call center.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to complex technological changes.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency (Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, ISPs, etc.).
• Exceptional organizational skills and the capability to manage your business independently.
• Prior sales experience in a target-driven environment is preferred.
• Previous experience in a call center setting is preferred.
• Experience in selling using an established sales process is preferred.
