• Schedule appointments and deliver general client support as per client directions.
• Adhering to client-specific call-handling protocols with precision and consistency.
• Provide a warm, efficient, and courteous experience on every call.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong empathy, active listening skills, and professional telephone etiquette.
• Attention to detail and capability to type accurately while on a call.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace to maintain a professional environment.
• Consistent attendance is crucial in a 24/7 operation, demonstrating dependability.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day.
