This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Assist Spanish or French and English-speaking clients throughout the enrollment process.
• Deliver the highest standard of service with each interaction.
• Spend the day on phone calls while also supporting chat and message center inquiries.
• Protect sensitive information in accordance with HIPAA and company data security protocols.
• Simplify health and welfare and pension terminology into easy-to-understand explanations.
• Keep thorough and accurate records of calls and case notes in English.
• Engage in team meetings and training sessions.
• Collaborate and communicate respectfully with team members.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Proficient in Spanish or French.
• Ability to transition smoothly between Spanish or French and English conversations.
• Capable of quickly evaluating member concerns and developing appropriate responses or solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a structured environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable working independently in a self-directed setting.
• Must be adept at operating in a virtual environment.
• Ability to comprehend and follow both oral and written instructions.
• Typing speed of 30 words per minute.
• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• High School diploma is required.
• An Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Basic understanding of health and welfare and/or defined benefit pension plans.
• Experience in a call center setting.
