This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take ownership of product documentation aimed at customers and manage release communications.
• Direct AI agents by crafting precise prompts and orchestrating agent workflows to produce documentation.
• Conduct accuracy audits to identify factual inaccuracies and version discrepancies.
• Tailor content for various audiences, including end users, clinic administrators, and technical integrators.
• Preserve the brand voice and style throughout all customer-facing documentation.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to develop in-product UI text.
• Oversee source inputs by extracting and reconciling documentation pipeline contributions.
• Enhance processes by refining prompt templates, review checklists, and tooling.
• Manage translations and localization of documentation across different products.
• Establish and uphold documentation standards, templates, review processes, and best practices.
• Minimum of 5 years in technical writing, product documentation, or developer communications, preferably in a SaaS or healthcare software setting.
• Proven experience utilizing AI tools (such as LLMs, AI writing assistants, or agent workflows) in a production documentation environment.
• Strong instincts in information architecture.
• Excellent skills in accuracy auditing.
• Experience collaborating directly with product management and engineering teams in an agile or sprint-based environment.
• Familiarity with ADO, Jira, or other similar issue-tracking systems used as source material for documentation.
• Exceptional written English skills; ability to communicate concisely, directly, and consistently under the pressures of release cycles.
