This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +39 more states.
• Serve as a Bilingual Customer Expert in Spanish and English, addressing customer inquiries by discovering creative solutions to diverse questions, issues, and concerns.
• Engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media to address their inquiries or issues.
• Approach conflict resolution with a calm demeanor, aiming to de-escalate any potential problems.
• Escalate situations as necessary and when appropriate.
• Respond to assistance requests and facilitate potential payment processing.
• Maintain a record of all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Offer feedback regarding call-related issues.
• Achieve sales targets as outlined.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is required.
• Candidates must be over 18 years of age.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be comfortable using a desktop computer system.
• Preferred: 6 months of experience in a Call Center environment.
• Proficient in using Windows operating systems.
• A minimum of 6 months of sales experience is required.
• Must be capable of working independently.
• Ability to remain composed and objective in various situations.
• Exceptional negotiation skills are essential.
