BI & Data Governance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Strengthen Business Intelligence as a core organizational capability

• Integrate BI strategy with effective data governance practices

• Facilitate data access and promote informed decision-making

• Oversee governance throughout the entire data lifecycle

• Manage a small BI team and work in partnership with business domain leaders

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in BI/analytics, data management, or similar roles

• Proven experience in leading teams

• Practical experience in defining KPIs/metrics and establishing governance frameworks

• Proficient in designing and executing data governance policies and standards

• Familiarity with metadata management and data lineage concepts

• Competent in SQL and data querying

• Extensive experience with Tableau

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities

• Understanding of data privacy and security principles

• Proficient in English
