• Enter, update, and manage customer information within company systems.

• Must reside in the Eastern time zone.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.

• Fluency in English is essential.

• Proven professional verbal and written communication abilities.

• A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is required.

• Proficient Excel skills are essential.

• Strong data entry capabilities are required.

• Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
