Benefits Implementation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and set up both new and existing customer websites of low to moderate complexity using third-party software.

• Identify and resolve routine issues for customer accounts, ensuring effective communication with clients.

• Conduct testing and audits on both personal and others' configured software to verify proper functionality.

• Collaborate with the Implementation Specialist to gain knowledge in quality assurance fundamentals and assist the Implementation Analyst in developing low to moderate complexity sites.

• Learn to build, nurture, and manage relationships with account teams, carriers, vendors, and customers to enhance customer retention efforts.

• Cultivate root cause analysis abilities to provide direct daily support to assigned customers and/or as directed.

• Utilize a solid understanding of health and benefits products, services, and tools to correctly configure and test software tools.

• Conduct initial quality assurance on low to moderate complexity site builds and discuss findings with the Implementation Specialist.

• Attend customer meetings as required.

• Perform other tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

• Experience with database applications.

• Excellent telephone etiquette.

• Strong interpersonal abilities, capable of communicating with customers at all levels.

• High attention to detail and the capacity to adhere to stringent standards for customer-facing work products.

• Ability to uphold a high degree of confidentiality.

• 1-5 years of relevant experience.
