Benefits and Authorization Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Efficiently process benefit verifications or authorizations for all new referrals with precision and promptness.

• Support the AVA Supervisor and Manager with various special projects as required.

• Manage multiple referrals and priorities concurrently.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience is necessary.

• Capability to multi-task and manage several referrals/priorities simultaneously.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Strong self-discipline in meeting productivity standards.

• Detail-oriented with a pronounced focus on quality.

• Experience in healthcare or medical billing is preferred.

• Must be available to work from Friday to Tuesday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time.

• Travel is not required.
