This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take charge of benefits administration for employees located in the EMEA region.
• Resolve cases and input benefits data into the system for the client’s employees.
• Collaborate with the client to address requests related to services or escalated employee matters.
• Work daily with other Strada colleagues, third-party providers, and client contacts to ensure smooth process delivery for employees.
• Generate reports using various data extraction tools to comply with client plan rules and/or resolve issues.
• Utilize Excel calculation sheets effectively.
• Analyze system data to identify gaps in functionality compared to client plan rules, diagnosing the root cause of issues.
• Exhibit quality assurance principles by executing test plans to confirm that client plan rules align with systematic specifications.
• Contribute insights into process design and technology capabilities to guarantee optimal process support from a benefits perspective.
• Offer innovative solutions to continuously enhance and optimize client delivery.
• Engage in system testing during Internal Acceptance Testing and provide support for User Acceptance Testing as necessary.
• Have the opportunity to oversee and mentor others on specific projects and/or processes.
• Lead and contribute to projects using standard project management methodologies.
• Actively participate in the process transition from the client to Strada office when required.
• Proficiency in English at C1 Level (CEFR scale or equivalent) is required.
• Proficiency in German at C1 level (CEFR scale or equivalent) is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Benefits Administration/HR Administration/Payroll.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good understanding of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Familiarity with the project lifecycle and deployment governance.
• High exposure in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience with Benify or SHARP (SAP HR) systems is advantageous.
