This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Deliver integrated behavioral health services in collaboration with a team of primary and specialty care providers, focusing on clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
• Manage a caseload of patients, conducting therapy sessions lasting 30 to 45 minutes for Galileo patients within your state of licensure, with designated time slots dedicated to supporting these patients each week.
• Engage with a diverse patient demographic. We are committed to cultivating an inclusive culture that welcomes individuals from all backgrounds.
• Address patient challenges efficiently and flexibly by utilizing resourcefulness, collaborating with colleagues to harness their expertise, and adopting a proactive mindset.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience providing teletherapy (text-based, video, phone) while integrating technology and data into care delivery.
• Proficient in evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT).
• Adept at implementing safety planning and interventions in scenarios where clients may exhibit higher risk factors.
• Licensed and credentialed to assist patients with clinical issues including anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.
• Hold an active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or an equivalent qualification.
• An active license in MA is required. Additional licenses in OR, CA, MD, TX, and/or TN are advantageous.
• Being professionally fluent in Spanish, including reading, writing, speaking, and understanding cultural nuances relevant to native Spanish speakers in a medical context, is a plus.
