This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ You will engage in one-on-one interactions with clients in their home environments, employing a play-based methodology that caters to each child's individual interests.
β’ This position entails gathering and analyzing data regarding client development while providing direct support and interaction with clients.
β’ A minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
β’ You must possess a reliable mode of transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.
β’ Passing a TB test is mandatory.
β’ You must successfully complete a DOJ/FBI Live Scan criminal background check.
β’ Preferred qualifications include: experience in childcare, tutoring, as a caregiver DSP, availability after school, ABA experience, experience with special needs, weekend availability, experience in child development, nanny experience, babysitting experience, direct care experience, behavior therapist experience, behavioral technician experience, and therapy experience.
β’ Therapists who are fluent in Spanish are highly preferred, although this is not a requirement.
