This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ghana.

📋 Description

• Design and execute a comprehensive business development technology stack, integrating tools such as Topo/Outreach, Clay, Salesforce, VOIP systems, and AI note-taking solutions.

• Create workflows that unify lead generation, outreach, meeting insights, and account management into a seamless system.

• Implement AI-driven solutions for identifying and enhancing leads.

• Test AI agents to effectively prioritize leads and accounts.

• Educate business development teams on new tools and workflows.

• Track usage and continuously refine systems based on user feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in utilizing technology tools to enhance business processes.

• Additional consideration for previous systems implementation and experience with API integrations or no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Clay-like tools), or for possessing a solid understanding of AI-based sales or business development tools.

• Strong emphasis on scalability, simplicity, and user-friendliness.

• Excellent business English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Comfortable collaborating with global, cross-functional teams.
