• Engage in direct cold sales of non-custodial staking solutions.
• Manage relationships with clients including various funds (VCs, hedge funds, ETFs, ETPs, etc.), family offices, and high-net-worth individuals (whales).
• Actively seek out and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
• Lead and oversee deals, independently coordinating with relevant departments—product, legal, and research—to ensure seamless deal closure.
• Supervise the complete deal process, from initial cold outreach to contract finalization and payment collection.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B sales, especially within the tech or finance sectors.
• Demonstrable success in closing significant deals (approximately $1 million+ USD).
• Proficient in competitive cold outreach to C-level executives and company founders, achieving favorable results.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Japanese.
• Strong understanding of blockchain market dynamics and the underlying technologies.
• Highly self-organized and disciplined.
