This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Expand the current business operations in South Korea and Japan
• Seek out new channel partners to promote growth
• Foster relationships and identify sales opportunities within existing direct business in the region
• Execute sales strategies to meet revenue objectives
• Offer local technical and operational assistance to direct accounts and distributor partners
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of market demands in Korea and Japan
• Manage customer expectations and tackle challenges in a professional manner
• Become a part of the LGC AXIO Commercial Team, reporting to the PT Global Channel Manager
• Establish and nurture strong connections with customers, distributors, and prospective partners
• Identify, appoint, and oversee new distributors
• Drive sales growth through existing partners as well as new business ventures
• Design and implement business plans aimed at achieving revenue goals
• Address and resolve conflicts between various sales channels
• Represent the company at industry events and during customer meetings
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or commercial capacity within the science sector
• A university degree in analytical or a related field, or extensive relevant experience
• Proficient in English – speaking, reading, and writing
• Native proficiency in Korean or Japanese, with a desirable familiarity with the other language
• Understanding of the laboratory market within the region
• Employees have the option to work remotely
