This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral evaluations
• Create personalized ABA treatment plans
• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Work collaboratively with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives
• Keep precise records and ensure services comply with ethical and clinical standards
• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline
• Experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory
• Fully remote position with flexible scheduling
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements
