This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.
• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians tasked with executing programs.
• Track client advancements and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to further treatment objectives.
• Keep precise records and ensure services are provided in line with ethical and clinical standards.
• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote role with flexible scheduling.
• No set minimum or maximum caseload thresholds.
• Absence of non-compete clauses.
• LBA Expansion Program that includes support and reimbursement for acquiring licenses in additional states.
• Access to a dedicated BCBA Success Manager to provide continuous support and assist in achieving clinical and professional goals.
