This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.
• Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians tasked with implementing programs.
• Track client development and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise records and ensure that services are provided in compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
• Current, valid BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote position with a flexible schedule.
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
