This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create tailored ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing the programs.
• Track client development and modify treatment plans as required.
• Work in conjunction with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to enhance treatment objectives.
• Ensure precise documentation and guarantee that services are provided in line with ethical and clinical standards.
• Currently hold a valid BCBA certification.
• Possess a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a similar field.
• Prior experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote position with a flexible schedule.
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements.

• LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for licensure in additional states.
