This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Perform behavioral assessments and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
β’ Offer clinical supervision and direction to behavior technicians tasked with program implementation.
β’ Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
β’ Partner with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
β’ Ensure precise documentation and guarantee that services are provided in line with ethical and clinical standards.
β’ Current BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
β’ Preferred experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
β’ Strong communication and organizational skills.
β’ Fully remote role with a flexible schedule.
β’ No minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
β’ Absence of non-compete agreements.
