This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Perform behavioral assessments and create tailored ABA treatment plans.
β’ Offer clinical supervision and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.
β’ Track client advancement and modify treatment plans accordingly.
β’ Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
β’ Keep precise documentation and confirm that services meet ethical and clinical standards.
β’ Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families across various states.
β’ Valid BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
β’ Preference for experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
β’ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
β’ Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not mandatory.
β’ Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options.
β’ No requirements for minimum or maximum caseloads.
β’ Absence of non-compete agreements.
