This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Conduct behavioral evaluations and create tailored ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Monitor client advancements and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to reinforce treatment objectives.
• Maintain precise documentation and guarantee services conform to ethical and clinical standards.
• Provide remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Preferred experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fully remote position with flexible scheduling.
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
• No non-compete agreements.
