BCBA, Free LBA – Mentorship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.

• Perform behavioral assessments.

• Create and manage individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Offer clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians executing programs.

• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.

• Maintain precise documentation and ensure services are in accordance with ethical and clinical standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.

• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in English and Spanish is desired; bilingual candidates in English and Spanish are preferred but not mandatory.
