This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.
β’ Perform behavioral assessments.
β’ Create and manage individualized ABA treatment plans.
β’ Offer clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
β’ Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
β’ Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
β’ Maintain precise documentation and ensure services are in accordance with ethical and clinical standards.
β’ Current BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Masterβs degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
β’ Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
β’ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
β’ Proficiency in English and Spanish is desired; bilingual candidates in English and Spanish are preferred but not mandatory.
β’ Fully remote position with adaptable scheduling.
β’ No minimum or maximum caseload restrictions.
β’ Absence of non-compete agreements.
β’ LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licensure.
