This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.
β’ Perform behavioral assessments.
β’ Create and manage personalized ABA treatment plans.
β’ Provide clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
β’ Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
β’ Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
β’ Maintain precise documentation and ensure services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
β’ Valid BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Masterβs degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
β’ Experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
β’ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
β’ Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.
β’ Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options.
β’ No minimum or maximum requirements for caseload.
β’ Absence of non-compete agreements.
