This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Conduct behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
β’ Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
β’ Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
β’ Work collaboratively with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
β’ Keep precise documentation and ensure services adhere to ethical and clinical standards.
β’ Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.
β’ Active BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
β’ Experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
β’ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
β’ Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not mandatory.
β’ Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options.
β’ No minimum or maximum caseload restrictions.
β’ Absence of non-compete agreements.
β’ LBA Expansion Program providing support and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licensure.
