This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Perform behavioral evaluations and create customized ABA treatment plans.
β’ Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians implementing the programs.
β’ Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
β’ Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
β’ Keep precise documentation and make sure services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
β’ Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.
β’ Valid BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
β’ Experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
β’ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
β’ Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
β’ Completely remote position with flexible scheduling options.
β’ No minimum or maximum requirements for caseloads.
β’ No non-compete clauses.
